Proper Training, Tailored Diet and an active life-style are the tools I use to achieve my clients health and fitness goals, which comes from years of experience of playing sports, Working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with further knowledge and skills I attained through the Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness courses. I also am a Certified Mentor to PT’s who are completing their fitness courses as I believe in personal growth as well as helping and supporting other Personal trainers in the industry, which leads on to building a strong community of PT’s helping individuals in achieving their goals.
