He is good at guiding clients to correct training actions, and educating clients on correct eating habits and ways of changing their lives, so as to achieve good training results in a short period of time. Provide one-on-one personal training and group training to help people of all ages to achieve their personal fitness goals. Training courses include strength training, body-weight training, cardio physical fitness training, stability and coordination training, and boxing courses.
