Meet Daisy

Hi, my name is Daisy. I’ve been trained in basketball team for over ten years since young. I am a qualified personal trainer and occupational therapist. I have been worked in physical injury rehabilitation and elderly specialized population exercise rehabilitation for six years. My goal is to share my passion of health and fitness with others and help people to create a fitter, stronger and more confident you.

I believe in a holistic approach to training, comprising of 4 essential ingredients:

Training style

  • Combing high intensity weight training to boost the metabolic rate with running and sprinting. Along with yoga to reduce stress levels and allow the body to come into balance
