Through years of training, I make my own plans for muscle building and fat loss regularly every year, so that my body is always in dynamic balance. I have done considerable research on how to increase muscle and reduce body fat and tried various methods and skills when training myself, such as super sets, drop sets, carbon cycle, etc.. I have summarized a scientific and reasonable fitness plan based on my own body reaction and scientific knowledge, avoiding detours for my clients, and laying a good foundation and healthy body development concept for those who had just started their fitness. I engaged in developing personalized plans for each of my clients with full concerns and responsibilities. My biggest hope is that for whomever trains with me, what I can teach you and get you is more than just a good shape but a healthy and positive lifestyle.
